インドのスタートアップに飛び込み、インドと日本企業を橋渡しをするインターン
This internship primarily revolves around client relations and promotion of the company in the Japanese community.
テクノロジーを使ったオフィススペースや倉庫などのプロダクト・ソリューションを提供するインドのスタートアップ企業。社員の多くは25歳以下の若い企業で、現在海外展開も見据えて拡大中。
既に日本企業のクライアントもおり、コロナ前は日本人従業員もいましたが、現在はインド人メンバーのみ。インド人チームの中に飛び込み、日本のクライアント向けの業務を担当する、責任のあるポジションです。
社内の言語は英語が基本ですが、日本語ができるメンバーもいるので、サポート体制は整っています。オンボーディングのトレーニングやメンターも付きます。

◆オンラインプロジェクト内容

1. Maintaining the Client Relation Management with Japanese Clients through meetings and calls
2. Business development through virtual meetings and bring new corporates on board
3. Assisting Japanese clients at the time of searching the apartments for them till their apartment lease get finalized
4. Direct communication with Clients in regard to company services lines viz, Travel, Fleet, Destination and Immigration Services, Warehouse, Office requirement, Interior
5. Receive enquiries from clients, execute operational work till the enquiry closure
6. Internal coordination within the organization, with colleagues and management
7. Taking care of services PAN India
8. 24*7 window for clients
9. Meeting and appointment with Japanese client as per the details given by company or individual approach
10. Coordination with the JCCII and Embassy
11. Preparing proposal in PPT format about company profile and others
12. Attending seminar and conferences in virtual
13. Weekly Reports and Management Report
14. Client follow up with Japanese clients
15. Company Promotion within the Japanese Market in India
16. Research the companies in Japan who required the relocation services in India
17. Promoting the company with in the Japanese community
